Exciting Opportunity for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Boston/Rockland area!
Responsibilities:
Develop individual goals and objectives to be included in the IFSP/IEP/ISPs or client Treatment Plan
Develop written guidelines for behavioral interventions, teaching plans and programs
Provide training in behavioral interventions and applied behavior analysis to families and staff
Analyze data collected to determine teaching program effectiveness
Supervise Behavior Therapists
Attend IEP meetings and coordinate care plans with other service providers
Master's Degree or PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Ed., Psychology, or related field
Current BCBA Certification
Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) in Massachusetts
Experience in applied settings developing and implementing behavioral interventions and teaching programs
Valid Driver’s license and access to reliable personal transportation
