You wil be responsible for processing transactions, balancing cash, and providing the best-of-the-best customer service. Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer support is a preferred qualification.
  • A background involving cash transactions is highly valued.
  • Fundamental mathematical knowledge and counting capabilities are essential.
  • Ability to carry out tasks autonomously with minimal guidance.
  • Fulfilling the Food Handler and Alcohol Service training prerequisites is necessary as stipulated by the location's guidelines.
  • The tasks associated with this role might include lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing.
  • The position may involve the necessity of wearing certain garments and/or using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Expertly manage transactions through the Register/POS system, maintaining accuracy and security in handling cash and credit card payments.
  • Engage with customers by anticipating their needs and delivering assistance to ensure a positive interaction.
  • Undertake the responsibility of counting, arranging, and aligning the funds in the cash register; complete cashier forms and deposit earnings in the bank.
  • Follow Aramark's guidelines for cash handling to ensure compliance with the company's standards.
  • Be well-acquainted with the products for sale to help customers effectively and handle transactions precisely.
  • Conduct the necessary tasks to kickstart and wrap up operations based on the established timetable of the unit.
  • Ensure the work area is kept sanitary and orderly during service and before finishing work.
  • Keep the area adequately supplied by replenishing items as necessary throughout service.
  • Adhere to prescribed safety policies and procedures consistently.
