Schedule: 3 days Remote & 2 In-office; Mon-Fri standard business hours

Salary $75,000-$80,000

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance REQUIRED
• 3+ years' accounting experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

The Senior Accountant is responsible for full cycle accounting tasks in addition to financial reporting. The ideal candidates has experience with inter-company transactions, working with multiple entities; any additional experience that includes philanthropy is a plus.

This role reports to the Finance Manager, and working closely with the Accounting team.

Duties :

• Reviews and prepares financial statements for month, quarterly and year end close
• Provides analysis and summarization of financial data for external reporting
• Monitors budgets and with emphasis on compliance for foundation on expenses
• Creates presentations on financial records including budget, variances and projections to Leadership and Board Committee
• Performs reconciliations, adjustments, entries and maintains accruals
• Performs Inter-company transactions
• GL accounting, review and ensures proper recording of tranactions
• Oversees accounts payables and accounts receivables transactions, approvals and adjustments
• Verifies accuracy of financial and contract paperwork and processes
