We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter to support both exterior and interior scopes across the greater Seattle area.

Compensation

• $25.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience
• Biweekly pay

Key Responsibilities

• Perform dry rot repair and replacement
• Rough framing (balconies, landings, and structural components)
• Siding installation and repair
• Finish carpentry (trim, doors, casings, cabinets, and detail work)
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of carpentry experience required
• Experience with dry rot, framing, siding, and/or finish carpentry preferred
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in various jobsite conditions
• Reliable transportation to travel between job sites
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
• Authorized to work in the United States
