Location: Saint Johns, MI

Pay Rate: $24/hr

Employment Type:Contingent

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-6:00pm

What You'll Do

  • Collect blood specimens safely and accurately from patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations
  • Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established protocols
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service while explaining procedures and putting patients at ease
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment
  • Perform both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
  • Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards

What We're Looking For

  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ years preferred)
  • Strong phlebotomy skills with confidence across diverse patient groups
  • Prior customer service experience in a retail or service environment preferred
  • Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Solid data entry and keyboarding skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting
  • Flexibility to support weekends, holidays, overtime, or on-call needs as required
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
