Position Overview
We are looking for dynamic, outgoing, resilient, and highly motivated Sales Representatives to join our elite field team.
In this true "full-cycle" role, you are the CEO of your own territory. You will be canvassing targeted neighborhoods, offering free property inspections, identifying storm damage (hail and wind), and guiding homeowners through the entire insurance restoration process.
You aren't just passing off leads—you will manage the relationship from the very first door knock, through the insurance adjuster meeting, all the way to collecting the final check.
This is a gritty, boots-on-the-ground sales role tailored for high-achievers who want to write their own paychecks. Whether you are a seasoned roofing closer or a relentless hustler looking to break into a lucrative industry, we provide the blueprint for a six-figure income.
What You’ll Do
•
Canvass Targeted Territories: Actively knock doors in strategically assigned, high-potential neighborhoods to generate leads and initiate roof inspections.

Conduct Roof Inspections: Safely set up ladders, climb onto roofs, and thoroughly document wind, hail, and structural damage using company apps and smartphone photography.

Educate & Close: Sit down with homeowners, present your findings, educate them on the insurance claims process, and secure signed service agreements.

Full-Cycle Management: Meet with insurance adjusters on-site to advocate for the homeowner, ensure accurate claim approvals, and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the build.

Pipeline Tracking: Utilize our CRM to track leads, schedule follow-ups, and manage your deals from prospect to final payment collection.

What We’re Looking For
