Position Responsibilities

No prior barista or food service experience required—your attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.

• Be reliable in attendance and punctuality (accommodations as needed)
• Available for varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prepare food, beverages, and handle cash following Starbucks guidelines for quality and safety
• Deliver excellent customer service, paying attention and responding to guest needs
• Adjust to custom beverage or food requests per customer preferences
• Step into different roles as needed to support your team
