A well-established hospitality organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support hiring efforts for a newly renovated hotel in Ontario, California. This individual will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional hospitality talent across all hotel departments while partnering closely with property leadership throughout the recruiting process.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, sourcing top talent, and contributing to the successful launch of a revitalized hotel property.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried hotel positions.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, employee referrals, community partnerships, and local recruiting events.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hotel leadership to understand staffing priorities and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Coordinate interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage the hiring process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Promote employment opportunities through social media, hospitality organizations, career fairs, and local workforce programs.
- Develop relationships with hospitality schools, community organizations, and industry groups to expand recruiting efforts.
- Monitor recruiting activity and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient and professional hiring process.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience; hospitality recruiting experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience recruiting for hotels, resorts, restaurants, retail, or other customer-focused environments.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify both active and passive candidates.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and social recruiting platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience.
- Previous experience supporting hotel operations or hospitality recruiting is highly desirable.
Compensation
- Base Salary: Up to $85,000, depending on experience.
