First Shift Security Supervisor

OVERVIEW:

The Security Supervisor is responsible for assisting with the oversight of daily security operations, ensuring the security and protection of the museum facility, campus, visitors, staff, volunteers and collections for The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis, Inc. The supervisor oversees the first shift security staff and works closely with department leadership, colleagues across the museum, and contracted security companies to ensure safe daily security operations. The incumbent oversees the planning, staffing and operations of Museum campus parking. They ensure efficient parking, seamless traffic flow and security of parking areas. The supervisor assists with coordinating security-related training efforts, as well as completing, reviewing and distributing appropriate reports.
