Process Lead - 2nd Shift - East Main

SUMMARY

The Process Lead serves as a direct leader within the Wheel Finishing Team, providing guidance, support, and direction in the hand-finishing of cheese wheels, equipment sanitation, and packaging of products to meet customer specifications. This role is responsible for upholding safety, quality, and production standards while fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. In addition to leading team efforts, the Process Lead actively participates in daily operations—operating equipment and collaborating with Team Members to ensure production goals are met and exceeded. This position works Monday through Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm.
