Exterior Service Technician/Roofing Technician

Utah Roofing & Exteriors is looking for an experienced, dependable technician to join our team. We specialize in high-end residential roofing and exterior renovations throughout the Salt Lake and Park City areas.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes pride in quality craftsmanship, and can work independently.

Responsibilities

• Roof repairs (asphalt, metal, TPO, tile)
• Leak diagnosis and troubleshooting
• Flashing repairs and fabrication
• Chimney, skylight, and vent flashing
• Fascia, soffit, siding, and trim repairs
• Gutter installation and repairs
• Heat cable and snow retention installation
• Exterior punch lists and warranty work
• Photo documentation and communication with the office

Qualifications

• Experience with roofing and exterior construction
• Ability to safely work on roofs of various pitches
• Familiar with proper flashing details and waterproofing
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and good communication skills
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors
