Part-Time Infant Assistant Teacher

Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated Assistant Infant Teachers to support the INS and Lead Teachers in our infant classrooms. This person will assist the classroom teacher to create a positive, warm, and healthy space.

This is a part-time position: Monday - Friday (the hours are: 10am - 5pm )

Responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of the classroom routine.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment for children by adhering to first aid protocols and maintaining cleanliness in the nursery.
• Take guidance effectively from your Lead Teacher and INS
• Be flexible and a quick learner.
• Help the teachers with daily operations of the nursery.

Experience

• Past experience with infants is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively work with staff.

Requirements

• High School or GED
• Must have current CPR/First Aid certification (or be willing to obtain upon hire).
• Must pass all background checks
• Must be physically able to lift infants

Work Location: In person

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
