Position: Line Cook

Location: Doraville, GA

Job Description: As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to our standards. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure quality, consistency, and a smooth flow of service.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
• Prepare food for service
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Ensure food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and timely fashion
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, etc.
• Restock inventory and assist with receiving deliveries as needed
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of the bar and distillery events.
• Uphold the brand image and standards of quality through professional presentation and demeanor.

Requirements:

• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Line Chef, Restaurant Cook, or Prep Cook
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
• Familiarity with industry best practices
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience is a plus
