Job Description for Client Relations Coordinator:

As an essential team member at Aramark, your role as a Client Relations Coordinator involves critical responsibilities in managing product flow effectively. Your tasks include contributing to warehouse operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, preparing orders, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications for Client Relations Coordinator:

  • Only individuals who are 18 years of age and older are allowed to participate
  • It is preferred that applicants hold a high school diploma or GED
  • Preferred candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in warehouse operations
  • Necessary skills in reading, writing, and basic math
  • Basic computer literacy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are vital
  • Competence in maneuvering machinery with strong hand-eye coordination
  • Able to manage objects weighing up to 50 lbs, with frequent handling of loads up to 35 lbs
  • A valid driver's license may be required depending on location, with a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check conducted

Physical Demands for Client Relations Coordinator:

  • Walking and standing for extended periods
  • Periodic lifting, bending, pushing, and pulling
  • Use of uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in compliance with safety protocols

Job Responsibilities for Client Relations Coordinator:

Responsibilities at Aramark sites may vary depending on client expectations and operational demands. Key duties include:

  • Monitor, label, and record incoming shipments; report any discrepancies between deliveries and billing information
  • Prioritize the rotation and storage of perishable products according to FIFO methods to maintain quality
  • Use manual or electric pallet jacks and forklifts after proper training
  • Assemble and coordinate items to fulfill orders for products, materials, and equipment
  • Load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse or to designated customer areas using carts or powered equipment
  • Conduct periodic inventory audits
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including inventory logs, temperature monitoring, spoilage reporting, and equipment inspections
  • Keep warehouse areas clean and organized, including restrooms, break areas, loading docks, and raised platforms
  • Follow all safety procedures, OSHA regulations, SDS guidelines, and emergency protocols
  • Wear the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment at all times
  • Safeguard both client and company property
  • Maintain professional interactions with clients, coworkers, vendors, and visitors
  • Attend meetings and perform additional duties as assigned
