About You

You are a fully-licensed Clinical Social Worker at a Master’s level or above with LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW licensure (subject to state-by-state acceptance), possess a valid NPI number, and have malpractice insurance. You are excited to either launch your private practice or enhance your existing business by accepting insurance.
