Key Responsibilities
Coordinate operational workflows and cross-departmental communication to drive efficiency
Monitor key performance indicators and proactively flag and resolve performance issues
Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes and contract administration
Prepare comprehensive operational reports, dashboards and presentations
Support process improvement initiatives and project delivery
Assist management with budget tracking, resource planning and scheduling
Requirements
3+ years of operations coordination or business operations experience
Proficient in project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make recommendations
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Self-directed and able to manage multiple workstreams in a remote environment
