What you'll actually be doing:

  • Install and connect electrical systems for saunas, steam rooms, cold plunge systems, and other wellness equipment
  • Work with 120V, 208V, and 240V electrical systems
  • Install and wire sauna heaters, steam generators, LED lighting systems, control panels, sensors, and related equipment
  • Perform all wiring downstream of disconnects, breaker panels, and fused disconnects
  • Read electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and installation plans
  • Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues during installation and commissioning
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades on-site
  • Ensure installations are clean, code-compliant, and professionally finished
  • Maintain job site organization, safety, and documentation
  • Provide daily updates and photo documentation of completed work

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years of electrical installation experience
  • Experience with commercial or residential electrical systems
  • Ability to read electrical plans, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional demeanor in client-facing, high-end residential and commercial environments
  • Valid driver's license preferred
  • Willingness to travel throughout the United States for projects

Ideal background:

  • Licensed Electrician or Electrical Apprentice
  • HVAC controls, building automation, or low-voltage controls experience
  • Spa, pool, sauna, steam, or specialty equipment installation
  • Commercial construction or renovation projects
  • Field service technician or equipment installation experience
