Key Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated consultant for German-speaking customers, assisting them with vehicle rental bookings, modifications, and cancellations within the tourism and travel sector.

Provide personalised vehicle recommendations tailored to each traveller's itinerary, budget, and tourism needs, ensuring an exceptional end-to-end rental experience.

Handle inbound enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat from German-speaking clients, delivering prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented responses at all times.

Process and manage rental agreements, payments, and customer documentation in accordance with company policy and tourism industry compliance standards.

Proactively upsell relevant add-ons such as insurance packages, GPS navigation, child seats, and additional driver options to enhance customer travel experiences.

Collaborate closely with tourism partners, travel agencies, and hospitality providers to ensure seamless coordination of vehicle services for guests.

Log and track all customer interactions accurately within the company's CRM system, maintaining high data integrity and service quality standards.

Escalate complex or unresolved customer issues to the appropriate teams, ensuring every German-speaking client receives a satisfactory and timely resolution.
