Smoke Shop Cashier Jobs in Spot Seattle, WA

Operate the cash register and handle daily transactions accurately. Greet every customer, answer questions, and recommend products. Verify customer IDs for all age‑restricted items and follow all state and city compliance rules. Keep the shop clean, stocked, and well organized at all times. Restock shelves, rotate products, and assist with inventory counts. Handle returns, exchanges, and basic customer concerns professionally. Open or close the shop, including end‑of‑day cash reconciliation when scheduled. Report any issues, low stock, or suspicious activity to the owner immediately.

Requirements

Must be 21 or older (required for tobacco and vape sales in Washington).

Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to a consistent schedule.

Strong communication skills and a friendly, respectful attitude.

Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 25 lbs.

Basic math skills and comfort with cash and card transactions.

At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred.

Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Honest, trustworthy, and willing to treat the business like your own.

Previous smoke shop, vape shop, or convenience store experience is a plus.

We currently operate in Seattle and are opening a second location in Bellevue, WA soon. Hiring for both locations.
