Job Description
Job Title: Call Center Agent
Purpose: Mixed Staffing is currently seeking a hard-working, self-motivated and dedicated individual to work with our team and client.
The ideal candidate is reliable, willing and able to work and wants to find a long-term opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.
To conduct political surveys over the phone using a given script to prospective voters.
2.
To handle all callers with professionalism and courtesy in accordance with company guidelines.
3.
To meet or exceed performance goals set forth by management.
4.
To follow the rules, regulations, and policies set forth in the Employee training, Employee Handbook, and any supplemental documents issued by management.
5.
To complete, at the request of management, any task or temporary assignment related to services
- Please note you may be asked to do the following tasks*:
1.
Detect and verbally communicate with co-workers and superiors about errors or processes
2.
Use basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
3.
Use a computer and its components such as a keyboard, mouse, and printer
4.
- Work independently with little supervision.
