2nd Shift Production Assembler - Aiken, SC

Responsibilities

• Operate manual, semi-automatic, or automatic assembly/testing machine in a safe and efficient manner.
• Assure that machine is running quality parts at the production rates.
• Produce quality parts in accordance with customer specifications using the Hubbell Utility Solutions Quality Operating Principles.

A Day In The Life

• Confirm work-order is correct
• Confirm all required materials are hands‑on
• Confirm correct set‑up of all equipment is current
• Calibration of all equipment and test equipment is current
• Confirm finished product meets all quality requirements
• Complete daily paperwork which includes Hr x Hr charts, counting and packing parts
• Maintain safety, quality, production and 5(S) housekeeping standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Use of basic hand tools
• Basic math and computer skills
• Good communication, reading and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, as well as with others
