Pay & Benefits

  • $15.00-$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
  • Potential to earn up to $18.00/hr after your initial 8 weeks**

  • Weekend visits occur between Saturday 12:01AM and Sunday 11:59PM.
  • *To qualify for the wage increase, you must hold a valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record, have more than 6 months of paid or professional caregiving experience, complete 20 visits in your first 8 weeks, and maintain good standing with the company. The $18.00/hr rate applies in select regions and is for weekend shifts with high transfer clients.

What You'll Do

  • Foster meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and dedicated care
  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands
  • Support clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Help clients maintain their independence and dignity

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A minimum of three professional references
  • Availability to work at least two shifts weekly with the same client(s)
  • Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)
  • Completion of all required compliance, licenses, or registration steps
