A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required, as you'll be visiting clients' homes in the greater Pittsburgh area.
Pay & Benefits
- $15.00-$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
- Potential to earn up to $18.00/hr after your initial 8 weeks**

- Mileage reimbursement for travel between same-day visits
- Weekend visits occur between Saturday 12:01AM and Sunday 11:59PM.
- *To qualify for the wage increase, you must hold a valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record, have more than 6 months of paid or professional caregiving experience, complete 20 visits in your first 8 weeks, and maintain good standing with the company. The $18.00/hr rate applies in select regions and is for weekend shifts with high transfer clients.

What You'll Do
- Foster meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and dedicated care
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands
- Support clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help clients maintain their independence and dignity
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- A minimum of three professional references
- Availability to work at least two shifts weekly with the same client(s)
- Basic English reading, writing, and speaking skills (bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply)
- Completion of all required compliance, licenses, or registration steps
