You will be instrumental in supporting clients ranging from established banking institutions to innovative FinTech companies, identifying candidates for roles across finance, accounting, compliance, and operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for financial services positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals in banking, investment, FinTech, and related fields. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and candidates within the financial services industry. Source candidates through various channels, including professional networks, industry events, and specialized job boards. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, experience, and suitability for client roles. Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and talent market dynamics within financial services. Collaborate with business development teams to identify and pursue new client opportunities. Ensure a high level of service delivery, meeting client expectations for quality and timelines. Mentor junior recruitment consultants and share best practices. Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a dedicated focus on the Financial Services sector. Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as financial analysts, accountants, compliance officers, loan officers, and investment bankers. Strong understanding of financial markets, products, and regulatory environments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Ability to build and maintain robust client relationships. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Must be based in or willing to relocate to **San Antonio, Texas, US**.
