Frank & Roze is a specialty coffee bar and all-day cafe known for exceptional coffee, chef-driven food, beautiful spaces, and genuine hospitality. We're looking to add another morning baker and pastry cook to our team. What You'll Do

  • Prepare and bake pastries, muffins, scones, cookies, cakes, breads, and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards
  • Execute daily pastry production with consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail
  • Assist with preparation of seasonal menu items and special features
  • Maintain organized production schedules and par levels
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
  • Assist with receiving, inventory management, and proper product rotation
  • Keep workstations, equipment, and storage areas clean and organized
  • Collaborate closely with our Commissary Director, Kitchen Manager, and cafe teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Contribute ideas and feedback as we continue to evolve our pastry program

What We're Looking For

  • Previous baking or pastry experience in a professional kitchen, bakery, cafe, or restaurant
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing beautiful, consistent products
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
  • Positive attitude and collaborative spirit
  • Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and continuously improve
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed

Schedule

This is a full-time morning position. Typical shifts begin early in the morning to ensure our pastry case is stocked and ready for service.
