We are seeking experienced Call Center Representatives to provide support to Medicaid providers and clients. This role involves handling inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and other program-related questions in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information regarding Medicaid eligibility, claims status, and program services
  • Assist with problem resolution and escalate issues as needed
  • Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in system logs
  • Transfer calls to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet or exceed individual performance and attendance metrics
  • Maintain professionalism and compliance with company standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of recent call center experience (required)
  • High School Diploma/ GED required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and document information accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
