What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

As the face of our brand, you will handle everything from customer connection to daily operations:

• Customer Connection: Greet visitors warmly, share product knowledge, and provide an exceptional, relationship-driven shopping experience.
• Store Operations: Handle point-of-sale transactions, open/close the store securely, and process/ship online orders.
• Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and help create beautiful, engaging product displays.
• Brand Ambassador: Celebrate the city of Pittsburgh and its local maker community daily.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Experience: 1 year of retail sales or customer service experience preferred (Keyholder or opening/closing experience is a major plus).
• Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week across weekdays and weekends (typical hours between 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM).
• Holiday & Event Flexibility: Ability to work key holiday dates (like Black Friday weekend) and occasional special evening events.
• Longevity: A commitment to a minimum of 3 months (longer-term employment is highly preferred).
• Bonus Points: Special consideration given to local artists, makers, or those with deep roots in the Pittsburgh arts scene!

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
