Director of Marketing

The Morgan Group is seeking a Director of Marketing to lead strategy, performance, and owner-facing marketing execution for our third-party management portfolio. This is a senior leadership role designed for a proven multifamily marketing leader who has already operated at scale and understands how to perform in a high-expectation, high-visibility environment.

This individual will serve as the primary marketing representative in owner meetings, responsible for clearly articulating strategy, defending decisions, addressing performance of marketing spend, and driving alignment between ownership expectations and operational realities.
