Key Responsibilities

Set up and/or operate Swiss CNC machines based on experience

Read and follow setup sheets, travelers, programs, and blueprints

Perform first-piece and in-process inspections

Adjust tooling and offsets to maintain precision

Recommend process improvements for quality and efficiency

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Collaborate with Quality and Production teamsComplete required production and inspection documentation

Requirements

Entry-Level Candidates:

Mechanical aptitude and strong desire to learn

Dependable, detail-oriented, coachable

Experienced Candidates:

Swiss CNC setup and operation experience

Blueprint reading, GD&T, and precision measurement

Ability to run jobs independently and mentor others

Education

Required: High School Diploma or GED

Preferred: Technical/vocational training or machining certifications
