Bilingual NM Mortgage Loan Architect & Counselor

Homewise Inc. is looking for a Mortgage Loan Officer who acts as a primary advocate for borrowers during their mortgage process. This role requires a licensed New Mexico Mortgage Loan Originator who is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Your responsibilities include initiating contact with referred borrowers, reviewing loan documentation, and recommending suitable loan structures. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in mortgage lending and a strong belief in affordable lending.
