The Salt Table, a celebrated Savannah-based specialty brand, is seeking a Retail Sales Associates for our boutique location inside Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV). This role is ideal for retirees, college students, and mothers with kids in school, or anyone seeking 2–3 days per week during the daytime in a positive, customer-focused environment. (Due to scheduling conflicts, this position is not suitable for High School applicants.)

Key Requirements:

• Availability: Able to work 2–3 days per week
• Must be available for at least one weekend day per week
• Full daytime shifts required (no evening shifts)
• Education: Minimum High school graduate required
• Experience: 2 year of retail or recent customer-facing experience – boutique or specialty retail experience preferred (specialty foods, gourmet products, bakery, beauty, jewelry, fashion, candy, boutique soap, fashion, or similar)
• Note: Due to operating hours/shifts, this position is not suitable for high school students

Skills We Value

• Outstanding customer service and sales ability
• Comfort with upselling and explaining products
• POS experience and credit card POS (This shop does not accept cash)
• Basic math and retail math skills
• Stocking and merchandising experience

Dress Code

• BUSINESS CASUAL REQUIRED.
• No blue jeans, graphics, visible tattoos, or facial jewelry (simple earrings are permitted).
• Closed-toe shoes required.
