TPO Installer

Location: Schiller Park, IL / Chicagoland Area
Job Type: 1099 or W2
Pay: $35–$42 per hour, based on verified commercial roofing experience
Schedule: Full-time work available, early start around 6:00 AM
Start Date: Immediate openings available
Green Attic Roofing is hiring experienced Commercial Roofers / TPO Installers for commercial flat roofing projects throughout the Chicagoland area.
We are looking for roofers with real hands-on experience in TPO
What We’re Looking For
Experience with any of the following is strongly preferred:
- TPO roofing installation
- EPDM roofing
- PVC roofing
- Commercial flat roofing
- Flat roof repairs
- Heat welding
- Seam work
- Flashing details
- Tear-offs and roof preparation
- Roof penetrations, drains, curbs, and edge details
Responsibilities
- Install and repair commercial flat roofing systems
- Work with TPO, EPDM, PVC, and related roofing materials
- Assist with roof tear-offs, preparation, and installation
- Perform seam work, flashing, and roof detail work
- Load, unload, and organize roofing materials
- Use roofing tools and equipment safely
- Keep job sites clean and organized
- Follow directions from the crew lead or project manager
- Report safety issues, material needs, or jobsite problems right away
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience
- TPO experience strongly preferred
- Must be comfortable working on flat roofs, ladders, and outdoors
- Must be able to lift materials and perform physical roofing work
- Must show up on time and be reliable
- Must follow jobsite safety rules
- Must be able to work early mornings, usually around 6:00 AM
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Basic roofing tools and PPE preferred
