Key Responsibilities

Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in French, identifying and acting upon violations of community standards and platform policies.

Assess and make accurate decisions on reported content including hate speech, misinformation, graphic material, harassment, and other harmful digital behaviours across social media environments.

Investigate complex trust and safety cases escalated from frontline teams, applying policy knowledge and critical judgement to resolve them efficiently and fairly.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including policy, legal, and engineering to flag emerging trends, new threat vectors, and systemic risks within social media ecosystems.

Provide clear, well-documented rationale for content decisions in line with platform guidelines and regulatory frameworks applicable to French-speaking markets.

Monitor social media activity for coordinated inauthentic behaviour, spam networks, and account manipulation that may threaten platform integrity.

Participate in regular calibration sessions and quality audits to maintain consistency and accuracy in trust and safety decision-making.

Contribute to the development and refinement of internal guidelines and best practices specific to French-language content and cultural context within the social media space.
