Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging, inquiry-based lessons that incorporate innovative pedagogical approaches. Mentor and coach other teachers in the implementation of new teaching strategies and technologies. Collaborate with curriculum development teams to integrate innovative practices into the school's educational framework. Assess student learning through a variety of formative and summative methods, providing timely and constructive feedback. Foster a positive, inclusive, and challenging learning environment that encourages student agency and collaboration. Facilitate professional development sessions for staff focused on pedagogical innovation. Stay abreast of current research and best practices in education and present findings to colleagues. Engage with parents and the wider school community to communicate educational goals and student progress. Requirements Master's degree in Education, Curriculum & Instruction, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of successful teaching experience in K-12 education. Demonstrated experience in implementing and leading innovative teaching methodologies (e.g., project-based learning, design thinking, inquiry-based learning). Strong understanding of learning theories and student development. Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning climate. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Proven ability to mentor and guide colleagues. Valid teaching license/certification appropriate for the role.
