Join a high-acuity surgical team at a leading Level II Trauma & Teaching Hospital, where you’ll play a critical role in delivering safe and efficient perioperative care.
Position Overview
Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Operating Room
Location: Spokane, WA 99204
Shift: 4x10 Days (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM)
Pay: $2500–$2600/week
Contract: 13 Weeks
Start: ASAP
Travelers: 1 year experience accepted | First-time travelers welcome

- Short-Term Acute Care Hospital
- Level II Trauma Center & Level II Pediatric Trauma Center
- 629 staffed beds
- Teaching hospital environment
- Charting: EPIC

Key Highlights
- Work in a high-volume OR setting
- Exposure to pediatric, ENT, and plastic surgery cases
- Opportunity to float to outpatient surgical center
- Supportive surgical team in a teaching environment
Responsibilities
- Circulate in a variety of surgical cases
- Maintain sterile field and ensure patient safety
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical team
- Prepare OR rooms and ensure proper equipment setup
- Document intraoperative care accurately in EPIC
Requirements (Must-Have)
- Active RN License
- Minimum 1 year OR experience
- Strong circulating experience in:
- Pediatrics
- ENT surgeries
- Plastic surgeries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment
Schedule & Call
- On-Call: Required (weeknights and weekends based on department needs)
- Weekends: Call only
- Block Scheduling: Not available
- Floating: Yes (to outpatient surgery center if needed)
Patient Ratio
- 1:1 (Operating Room standard)
