Compensation Benefits*
Estimated annual salary of $94,000-$116,000 per year (based on pay per visit model)
IHT Milestone Reward Program- earn up to $15,000 in career milestone payments (details provided at offer stage)
IHT PT Clinical Excellence Bonus- earn additional weekly pay based on home care visit complexity and volume

Requirements
Active Illinois Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
BLS CPR certification
Reliable transportation for local patient visits
Basic comfort with technology including email, texting, and EMR systems (training provided)

*This position is paid on a per-visit basis. Final compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Benefits eligibility varies based on employment status and weekly hours worked. Some full-time roles are eligible for medical benefits only; others are eligible for both medical benefits and PTO. Additional offerings may include 401(k), life and disability coverage, voluntary supplemental insurance options, and a company-paid Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
