In this dynamic role, you will lead talent acquisition efforts while supporting key Human Resources functions for our growing home healthcare agency. Duties

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, DSPs, and administrative staff.
  • Source candidates through Indeed, social media, job fairs, employee referrals, networking, and community outreach.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone screenings, schedule interviews, and participate in the hiring process.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding, background checks, reference checks, and employment verification.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and ensure compliance with agency, state, and federal requirements.
  • Track employee credentials, training requirements, and required documentation.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify staffing needs and ensure client cases are appropriately staffed.
  • Build relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Assist with employee relations, performance documentation, and Human Resources administrative functions.
  • Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Support employee retention through engagement, communication, and ongoing follow-up.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee and client information.
  • Assist with scheduling, staffing coordination, and additional Human Resources projects as assigned.

QualificationsRequired

  • Associate degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor and willingness to learn.

Preferred

  • Previous recruiting, staffing, Human Resources, customer service, or sales experience.
  • Healthcare, home health, or staffing agency experience.
  • Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, or other recruiting platforms.

Recent Human Resources and Business graduates are strongly encouraged to apply!
