Production Scheduler (Manufacturing Plant)

We are seeking a highly analytical, agile, and results-driven Manufacturing Production Scheduler with a proven track record of managing complex, multi-department manufacturing environments. In this role, you will be the air traffic controller of our production floor, utilizing backward scheduling methodologies to ensure customer orders are shipped on time, every time. Operating in a fast-paced environment, you must possess the ability to pivot quickly when variables change, maintaining a laser focus on truck maximization and outbound shipping efficiency. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience, elite Oracle and Excel (macros) capabilities, and a deeply collaborative approach to internal customer service.
