Wieland is hiring a Pressure Vessel Welders Level I, II, III . The Pressure Vessel Welder will be responsible for working from shop drawing, procedures or other written, verbal, or electronic instruction, perform a wide variety of operations associated with welded assembly of final product, sub-assemblies and components for products which includes adherence to ASME Code Safety Regulations. This role is located in Delaware, OH and will be fully on-site. Schedule: 2nd shift Monday - Thursday (4:00pm - 2:30am) Training will be on 1st Shift (2-4 weeks) Monday – Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm Pressure Vessel Welder Responsibilities: Follow the production orders, prepare parts and weld components into assemblies. Execute welds in accordance with company`s procedures and documents, while meeting defined quality standards. Properly maintain tools and equipment assigned to perform duties. Pressure Vessel Welder-Level I Qualifications: At least 1-3 year(s) experience or commensurate education from trade school. Capable of MIG and TIG welding of parts and pipe, but not yet certified with the company for welding of parts under pressure. Pressure Vessel Welder-Level II Qualifications: At least 3 years' experience in MIG and TIG welding of pipe or pressure vessels. Experience and certification in welding in accordance to ASME standard – certified with the company for welding of parts under pressure. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues related to fitting and welding components. Pressure Vessel Welder-Level III Qualifications: At least 5 years’ experience in MIG and TIG welding of pipe or pressure vessels (certified experience). Experience and certification in welding in accordance to ASME standard. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fitting and welding components.
