Project Manager Clinical Supplies

Managing the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trials, the full-time Project Manager Clinical Supplies will ensure timely distribution of trial materials, maintain optimal inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely from the United States. Key responsibilities Develop study-specific plans for assigned projects Coordinate efforts with internal teams, providing recommendations and updates on project status Integrate clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to support logistics strategy and compliance with GxP requirements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification 2+ years of experience for Associate Project Manager, 5+ years for Project Manager, and 8+ years for Sr. Project Manager in a CRO environment Previous global clinical supplies project management experience Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite Experience in client building and third-party relationship management
