The Opportunity

InCharge Energy is seeking a highly motivated Material Handling Fulfillment Technician to support our Engineering and Production Facility in Richmond, VA. This role is critical to ensuring materials, inventory, and equipment are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently to support production and deployment operations.

What You’ll Do

Perform daily safety inspections of fork trucks and material-handling equipment prior to use

Transport materials throughout the warehouse using equipment such as fork trucks, pallet jacks, and gantry lift systems

Label materials and equipment to ensure proper identification and traceability

Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse work areas

Record inventory transactions accurately in the appropriate systems and maintain high inventory accuracy

Track inventory levels and shipping schedules to support operational needs

Pull shipping, receiving, and inventory reports for management as needed

Ensure pre-commissioning paperwork is uploaded and properly processed for internal records

Add assets and spare parts to inventory and transfer them to opportunities when shipped

Identify, report, and escalate unresolved issues to management as needed

Perform other related duties as assigned

Your Experience and Capabilities

1+ year of experience working in a warehouse, production, or material-handling environment

Hands-on experience operating material-handling equipment such as box trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts, or similar equipment is preferred

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-oriented setting

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

High attention to detail with a strong focus on inventory accuracy and quality control

Strong organizational skills and ability to store materials efficiently

Commitment to following all company, state, and safety regulations

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Physical and Environmental Demands

Frequent lifting, bending, kneeling, reaching, squatting, climbing, and walking

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the workday

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Ability to work from ladders and around material-handling equipment

Exposure to warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures (heat and cold)

Work in environments that may include confined spaces, excessive noise, and high-voltage equipment

Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment

US Hourly Range

$22 $23 USD
