What You’ll Do (Fast, Friendly & Efficient)

As a Retail Sales Associate, you help families while keeping the store moving—then wrap up the day with a strong finish.

• Greet customers quickly and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist through the buy-sell-trade process with confidence and urgency
• Evaluate and purchase gently used items using company buying guidelines
• Restock, straighten, and organize the sales floor throughout the shift
• Keep merchandise moving—tagging, pricing, running
• Maintain clean, attractive displays
• Tidy, reset, and prepare the store for the next morning
• Operate the POS for sales, returns, and buys

Requirements

• Weekends are a must
• Must be available for evening and closing shifts
• Able to stand and stay active for the full shift
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and strong at communicating
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment
