Mobile Park Management LLC is seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Part-Time Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a manufactured home community in Augusta, Georgia.

What You Will Do
As the Community Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for residents, vendors, and the corporate office. Responsibilities include:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the community
- Build positive relationships with residents
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
- Conduct property inspections
- Monitor lease compliance and community rules
- Assist with leasing, move-ins, and resident retention
- Coordinate collections and maintain accurate records
- Review invoices and submit expenses
- Monitor community appearance and maintenance standards
- Respond to after-hours emergencies when necessary
- Work closely with the Director of Operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Professional and dependable
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong in customer service and conflict resolution
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
Preferred Experience
- Property management experience preferred
- Manufactured housing experience is a plus
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience working with vendors and maintenance coordination
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to the community as needed
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Availability during normal business hours with occasional evening or weekend emergency response
