Maru Plus Japanese Restaurant & Ramen Sushi bar in the central Tucson AZ is looking for a part‑time cashier / server who can work 20 hours a week, including weekends. We require 2 years or more of customer service and food service experience. Must be 19 years or older. Our style is counter service with an authentic Japanese menu, including ramen, sushi, and alcoholic beverages. The restaurant atmosphere reflects pop culture of Japan, with a big Godzilla mural on the wall.
Customers order food at the cashier. We bring food to the table and attend to our customers’ needs. Training period pays $15.15; after training the rate starts from $17 (including $12.15 + shared tips) plus cash tips for the day. Each working day includes one free employee meal, and employees receive a free uniform shirt. We are looking for long‑term hires who are friendly, fast learners and team workers.
