Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$14.00–$18.00 per hour
Shift:
8 hour shift between the hours of 8am and 8pm to be determined after training completed

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Advocate? You’ll be:
- Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries—including non-routine issues requiring research and deviation from standard procedures.
- Ensuring effective customer relations via phone, written, web, or walk-in inquiries, adapting responses as needed and accurately documenting all communications.
- Initiating or processing adjustments, coordinating with other departments to resolve problems, and assisting with priority inquiries and special projects as required by management.
- Providing feedback to management regarding customer issues, maintaining accurate records of complaints and comments, and recommending procedural improvements.
- Maintaining knowledge of quality work instructions and company policies, and meeting all departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards.
- Assisting with the training of new employees and cross-training coworkers.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Have at least 1 years of prior experience in call center environment or claims management (must have).
- Possess excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.
- Are detail-oriented and comfortable performing research to resolve complex inquiries.
- Can adapt to changing situations and work both independently and as part of a team.
- Can work onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC.
- Are able to maintain accurate records and follow through on customer concerns.
- Have a basic understanding of quality work instructions and company policies (preferred).
- Are open to temporary/contract opportunities and have open availability to work between 8am and 8pm.
