Job Description
Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you'll play an essential role in pulling orders of raw materials in the warehouse and staging them for machine operators. You'll have the opportunity to be trained on machines, forklifts, and other processes, with room for growth into roles such as inside sales and more within the company.
Responsibilities
- Pull orders of raw materials from the warehouse.
- Stage materials for machine operators to cut to specifications.
- Learn and operate machinery and forklifts as part of the training process.
- Assist in general labor tasks to support production needs.
Essential Skills
- Experience in general production and manufacturing.
- Ability to perform general labor tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in forklift operation.
- Understanding of machine operations and assembly processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in order picking is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations.
- Capability to adapt to various roles within the company.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
