CNC/Machine Operator job at Staff Management | SMX. Lexington, KY. Description
We are currently seeking experienced CNC/Machine Operators to join our team at Link-Belt. As a CNC/Machinist, you will play a vital role in operating and monitoring various machines and fabrication centers to produce precision, high-quality parts according to schedule. This is a full-time position in manufacturing with competitive pay starting between $19.25 and $23.65 per hour, and you will have the opportunity for four scheduled pay raises within your first year.

Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and routers, to produce parts to precise specifications.
- Load raw materials into machines and monitor the machining process to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to determine machining requirements.
- Use measuring tools and instruments to perform quality checks on finished parts.
- Make adjustments to machine settings, tooling, and programs as needed to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Associate Requirements
