• Receive and schedule concrete orders, coordinating deliveries using industry-specific software.
• Manage high-volume phone traffic with professionalism and efficiency.
• Optimize delivery routes and schedules to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers.
• Develop a thorough understanding gf the technical aspects of our products.
• Collaborate effectively as part of a dispatch ream focused on exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and apply union contracts related to driver pay rules and scheduling.
• Communicate clearly and work cohesively with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
