School Based Therapist

The School Based Therapist will provide therapeutic interventions to include individual, family, group therapy and clinical case management with clients while embedded at a school within Jefferson County Public Schools.  The position is designed to reduce barriers to care by bringing services directly to students. We have multiple positions available at various different schools.
