Position: Teller (20 Hours) West Sahara Branch
20-hour Teller (Client Service Associate) at West Sahara branch in Las Vegas, NV. Join Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A.
Essential Functions:
- Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with policies and procedures, maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
- Provide a range of services, including opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activating ATM cards, conducting money transfers, ordering checks, and receiving loan payments.
- Resolve client problems directly or refer to alternative branch or bank resources.
- Identify and maximize cross-sell opportunities by exploring client needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or related experience.
- Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
- Solid balancing and customer service skills.
- Ability to cross-sell bank products based on client needs.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM to 5:15 PM. Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours listed above.
