REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT (RDA) – PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY & HOSPITAL DENTISTRY

Associates in Pediatric Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. We are looking for a dependable, caring, and motivated individual who enjoys working with children and families while providing exceptional patient care.
We are seeking a long-term team member who wants to grow professionally and become an important part of our practice.
Responsibilities Include:
- Chairside assisting for pediatric dental procedures • Taking dental radiographs • Coronal polishing • Sterilization and infection control • Treatment room setup and organization • Patient and parent communication • Clinical charting and documentation • Assisting with hospital-based dental procedures performed under general anesthesia
Qualifications:
- Current Tennessee Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset • Pediatric dental experience preferred but not required • Hospital experience is a plus, but training will be provided
